Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of this program, all sales are final once access is granted. No refunds are provided after access is granted. -
What does “access granted” mean?
Access is considered granted when you can log in and view the program materials and course modules in the Student Portal. The Access Granted Date/Time is recorded for verification. -
What if I can’t access the program after payment?
Contact us immediately. We will assist you in restoring access as quickly as possible. -
Do I need to schedule a call before enrolling?
No. You can enroll directly. If you want help choosing the best path, you can schedule a call or message us on WhatsApp. -
What payment options are available?
Payment options may include paid in full or installment options (3, 6, or 12 months), depending on the plan you select at checkout. -
What happens if a monthly payment fails?
If a recurring payment fails, access may be paused until the payment issue is resolved. Please update your payment method as soon as possible to avoid interruption. -
Can I cancel my payment plan?
You may cancel future payments at any time. Payments already processed are non-refundable once access is granted. -
What are the eligibility requirements?
Radiology Assistant: 18+ years old and a High School Diploma/GED (or equivalent).
MRI Tech: 18+ years old, a High School Diploma/GED (or equivalent), and an Associate Degree in Science. -
Do you guarantee exam results, certification, or employment?
We guarantee licensure certification upon completing all the necessary requirements in order to be certified. We do offer career support, including professional resume building and sharing job opportunities available near your ZIP code. Students are responsible for submitting their own applications and completing the hiring process. -
